1 hour personal training sessions. All Training packages comes with a customized training and nutrition program tailored to your needs and concerns to help you achieve the best version of yourself. Programs are continuously updated and progressed over time depending on your progress and performance. All sessions Finish with manual stretching at the end of our sessions. 

All package purchases have 15% off of original session rates. Resulting in 119$ per session instead of original price of 140$ per session. (Except for best valued 25% off yearly package).

The amount of sessions per week can be adjusted according to your schedule, although I recommend at least 3-4 training days per week for optimal results in a timely manner.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your session please be sure to cancel/reschedule before 24 hrs of your scheduled sessions or you will be charged for late cancellation.
